December 1, 2011 Adopted Executive Regulations MCER NO. 15-11: ADOPTED OFFICE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION REGULATION Maximum Rates for Motor Vehicle Towing from Private Property SUMMARY: This regulation revises the maximum rates that a trespass towing service may charge when towing a motor vehicle from private property without the consent of the owner. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 2-08. ACTION: Executive Regulation 15-11 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective November 15, 2011.
