MCER NO. 17-12:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION
Water Quality Protection Charge

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation establishes the procedure to set rates for and implement a water quality protection charge to be applied to certain properties based on those properties’ contribution of runoff to the County’s stormwater management system.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 6-02AM.

MCER NO. 23-12:   PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION 
Miscellaneous Amendments to the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation amends Section 7, 10, 13, 15, and 19 of the 2001 Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to clarify and update certain provisions.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 12-00AMII, in part.

MCER NO. 25-12:    PROPOSED OFFICE OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER REGULATION
Financial Disclosure Statements (2012 Filing Year)

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation designates those public employees that the County Executive requires to file a public, limited public, or confidential financial disclosure statement.  This amendment constitutes the annual revision of this regulation and establishes a process for identifying specific employees who must file a financial disclosure statement.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 19-11.
