Emergency Medical Service Reimbursement Program
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation establishes: (1) An emergency medical services transport reimbursement schedule; and (2) a requirement that an individual who receives an emergency medical services transport provide certain information and execute an assignment of certain health insurance benefits. This temporary regulation is effective January 1, 2013.
