MCER NO. 10-13T :   TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND 
                            DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGULATION
Water Quality Protection Charge

SUMMARY:   This temporary regulation is necessary to clarify the procedures for applying the Water Quality Protection charge to certain properties and the criteria by which certain property owners qualify for a financial hardship exemption.  The effective period for this temporary regulation has been extended until December 18, 2013 .

MCER NO. 11-13T-AM:   TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES REGULATION
Property Disposition

SUMMARY:   This temporary regulation is necessary for implementing the County’s property disposition law which took effect May 1, 2012.  The effective period for this temporary regulation has been extended until December 22, 2013 .

MCER NO. 13-13T :   TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
                                  Automation Enhancement Fee

SUMMARY: This temporary regulation adopts an amended fee schedule to reduce the automation enhancement fee collected for the cost of automation and technology systems and services that support administrative and enforcement activities within the development process for which the department is responsible.  This regulation reduces the automation enhancement fee from 10% of the regular permit or license fee to 5% of the regular fee.  Temporary regulation 13-13T became effective September 9, 2013 .

MCER NO. 14-13T :   TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
                                 Schedule of Fees for Permits, Licenses and Certifications – Method 2

SUMMARY: This temporary regulation updates Executive Regulation 11-12 by changing the references to Executive Regulation 5-98, in section X. Miscellaneous B, to Executive Regulation 13-13.  Temporary regulation 14-13T became effective September 9, 2013 .

                                Schedule of Fees for Permits, Licenses and Inspections – Method 3

SUMMARY: This temporary regulation updates Executive Regulation 6-11 by changing the references to Executive Regulation 5-98, in sections I.A.8, II.A.8., VI.A.8. to Executive Regulation 13-13.  Temporary regulation 15-13T became effective September 9, 2013 .
