SUMMARY: This regulation provides for the award process and criteria for the provision of loans and grants from the Small Business Assistance Program, a sub-program of the Economic Development Fund.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 24-12AM was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective December 8, 2015.

SUMMARY: This regulation amends Executive Regulation 9-09 to clarify and expand the elements of the hiker-biker trail impact tax credit, clarify the elements of the expanded transit center park-and-ride lot credit and add new regulations concerning the bikesharing station impact tax credit.
ACTION: Executive Regulation, 26-13AMIII, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective December 8, 2015.

SUMMARY: This regulation implements Resolution No. 19-13, which was adopted by the Board of Education of Montgomery County on January 8, 2013. Resolution No. 19-13 delegates to the Interagency Coordinating Board for the Community Use of Public Facilities, the authority to schedule the before and after school childcare programs in Montgomery County Public School facilities.
ACTION: Executive Regulation, 15-14AMV, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective December 8, 2015.

SUMMARY: This regulation is established to improve enforcement of unlicensed massage in Montgomery County.
