MCER NO. 23-16AM:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION
 Pesticides – Invasive Species
SUMMARY:  This regulation, which amends Executive Regulation 32-01AMII, establishes a list of invasive species that, due to their potential detrimental effect on the environment, a person may apply a registered pesticide to control, notwithstanding the County’s restrictions on the use of registered pesticides on private or County-owned property.
ACTION:  Executive Regulation 23-16AM was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective May 2, 2017.
AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 33-B5.  Method 2.

MCER NO. 3-17:   ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION
                             Systems Benefit Charges – Residential Waste Estimates
SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes the calculated amount of solid waste generated per dwelling unit for single-family and multi-family dwellings..
ACTION:  Executive Regulation 3-17 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, and will become effective July 1, 2017.
AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 48-8 and 48-8A.  Method 2.
