MCER NO.19-17:  PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REGULATION
                          Development Impact Tax for Transportation Improvements
SUMMARY: The purpose of this regulation is to amend Executive Regulation 26-13III to incorporate changes to the Code adopted by Council as part of Bill 37-16.  These changes exempt certain student-built houses from the impact tax, eliminates the transportation mitigation payments for certain projects, exempts certain farm tenant dwelling units from the impact tax for transportation improvements, and generally amends County law concerning the development impact tax for transportation and public school improvements.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 26-13AMIII.
