SUMMARY: The proposed regulation provides for elimination of fees for the operations of the Intervention Program for Substance Abusers. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 81-92.

No Rehire Clauses in Settlement Agreements
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation amends Section 34 and Section 35 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to implement Council Bill 32-21 and provides appeal rights to employees who, in a dismissal action, receive a proposed settlement. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 16-13 in part.
