Position Description for Director of Strategic Partnerships
SUMMARY: : This regulation abolishes the position Description for Director, Criminal Justice Coordinating Commission (Regulation No. 12-07, COMCOR 01A.104.23) and establishes a new position description for Director of Strategic Partnerships, Office of the County Executive. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation No. 12-07.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 2-20, was approved according to Method 1 review process and became effective March 12, 2024.

Maximun Rates or Motor Vehicle Towing From Private Property
SUMMARY: This regulation revises the maximum rates that a trespass towing company may charge when towing a motor vehicle from private property without the consent of the owner. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation No. 19-19.
