Annual Rental Housing License - Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 - Revision
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation revises the annual license fee charged per dwelling unit for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 rental housing licenses. This temporary regulation is needed so that the appropriate licensing fees can be collected effective July 1, 2024.

Fee Schedule for Transient Lodging Facilities - Short Term Residential Rental - Revision
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation revises the annual license fee charged per dwelling unit for short-term residential rentals. This temporary regulation is needed to ensure that the new fee schedule would be effective July 1, 2024.
