MCER NO. 1-24: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION
                            Incentive Program for Electric Leaf Removal Equipment
 
SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes a time-limited program to partially reimburse County residents and businesses that purchase electric leaf removal equipment.   

ACTION:    Executive Regulation 1-24 was approved according to Method 1 review process and became effective April 2, 2024.
