MCER NO. 27-25:  PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
                               COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                            Licensing for Bed and Breakfast and Short-Term Residential Rental
 
SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation establishes the procedures to apply for a license for the operation of a bed and breakfast or short-term residential rental in Montgomery County, including license application, approval, suspension and revocation under Code Section 54-42 through 54-49. This applies to a county resident who operates a bed and breakfast or a short-term residential rental in compliance with Chapter 54, Article III, and these regulations.

MCER NO. 30-25:  PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF RACIAL EQUITY AND
                               SOCIAL JUSTICE REGULATION
                            Racial Equity Action Plans
 
SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation extends the date to develop a Racial Equity Action Plan to 2027.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 15-21.
