The Potomac Community Recreation Center is located on Falls Road in Potomac, next to the Potomac Community Neighborhood Park operated by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) and not far from Montgomery County Government’s Falls Road Golf course.

The 26.6-square-mile Potomac area has a community of approximately 45,000 people in 16,000 homes. More than 38 percent of the households include children under the age of 18.
