Current Phase: Construction

The contractor started construction on October 18, 2023, and achieved substantial completion of all resurfacing on February 21, 2024. The contractor completed the minor repairs on June 7,2024 and the resurfacing punch list work in complete. Retained contractor to replace one door on lower level of VFS5 to meet ADA requirements.

The scope of work will be to repair and resurface the parking lot and to provide ADA accessible routes of access to the public meeting room and public entrance along with required ADA parking.
