General project planning took place between FY22-FY30. Design for some projects began in FY23 and construction for some projects began in FY24. Design and construction will continue to take place through FY30.

Upper County Outdoor Pool- FY24- The Project was successfully completed in May 2024.
Kennedy Shriver Aquatic Pool-FY26 - The Design completed in June 2024, Construction started in July 2024.

This is a level of effort project; the purpose of this project is to repair or replace each slide, comply with all state and federal standards for the design, construction, and operation of commercial water slides. There are eight aquatic facilities that the County operates. Six of these facilities are outdoor and two indoor pools.
