Division Chief
Calvin Jones has worked for Montgomery County Fleet Management Services for nearly 18 years in a variety of positions; previous positions include oversight of transit maintenance as well as the County's fuel management program. Prior to his employment with the County, Calvin worked in the construction equipment industry in private sector, as well as, in the United States Marine Corps where he served nine years; two of those years as Maintenance Chief for a Construction Equipment Platoon. He is a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) through the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA).

Chief Of Maintenance
Keith Stickley is the Chief of Maintenance at Fleet. Keith has over 28 years fleet maintenance experience including one year in a management capacity serving as General Manager of fleet maintenance for the Metropolitan Police Department. Keith holds certifications in sixteen areas of fleet operations including ASE Master Certifications in Medium/Heavy Truck, Automotive and School Buses.

Peggy Lynch manages the Administrative Services Section of the Division of Fleet Management Services, overseeing the financial, budget and information technology programs. She has a bachelor’s degree in physics and a project management professional (PMP) certification.

Chief of Materials Management
Bradley Weatherly has been with Montgomery County for 10 years and currently is the Chief of Materials Management. Bradley has over 28 years’ experience in the fleet maintenance industry, both in the private and government sector. Bradley is a ASE Master Technician in light automotive and medium/heavy truck. His additional training/certifications include alternative fuels, hybrid electric, and EV battery electric, and material logistics.

Chief of Equipment Management
As the Chief of the Equipment Management Section, Ahron is responsible for vehicle specifications, acquisition, disposal, records management, and reporting. Ahron's experience within the industry and with Fleet Management Services will be instrumental in the transition of the County's vehicle fleet to zero emissions. Ahron has over 32 years of experience in Automotive and Transit Bus Maintenance. Ahron has been with the County since 2013 and previously served as the Quality Assurance and Training Manager within the Division of Fleet Management Services. Prior to Ahron’s time with the County, he served as the Commercial Fleet Services Operation Manager in the private sector. He was responsible for the maintenance, operations, service and parts management of the DC Circulator Bus Fleet as well as maintenance and servicing of the BWI Airport Shuttle Service, and daily maintenance operations at the Commercial Maintenance Center.

Del Spurrier is one of our Program Managers at Fleet. Del has been working in the vehicle maintenance and vehicle management industry for 34 years. Now working with Fleet Management for six years, Del plays an important role in helping to keep our staff trained concerning work place safety principles, oversight to our technical training team, managing facilities operational needs, and compliance with EPA & MDE standards.
