Decatur Avenue Access Restriction
A virtual public hearing was held for the Decatur Avenue Access Restriction Under Consideration on March 13, 2024. The Record will remain open to written testimony and comments through Friday, April 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
Once the Hearing Record closes, the County Executive will issue a Statement of Decision. The Statement of Decision will be communicated to all who have engaged in the process. The County Executive may revise the plan based on the information received during the hearing process.
