Safe Streets Act 2023, Safe Route to School - Crash Reviews

As required by Bill 11-23, MCDOT reviews existing infrastructure for any deficiencies in engineering, traffic control, and traffic operations for pedestrian-related crashes that is within a County’s school zone, walkshed, and at a school bus stop. Following the crash review, MCDOT generates a final report that includes the review findings, the reports may be viewed at the following links:
