No, our commercial fast track is currently online and all information must be submitted electronically using our Apply & ePay and ePlans programs.

Commercial building plan reviews should be completed within 3 business days of all submittal and eligibility requirements being met for Fast Track service and a code compliant design demonstrated. Please refer to our commercial fast track guidelines.

Only those permits originally issued as a Commercial Fast Track permit (or COMFAST) are eligible for a revision using this process, and the revised design must remain eligible for the Commercial Fast Track Permit Process. Revisions must meet the same submission requirements as the original permit application. Revised sheets must clearly distinguish the changes from the approved plans by a providing a revised scope of work, and by using “clouds” and/or numbered triangles indicating the revision number.
