The B-CC RS offers assistance with resolving problems and works with individuals, civic organizations, community groups and the business community to resolve issues such as homelessness, drug, alcohol and violence prevention, central business district concerns, programs for senior citizens, urban greening and landscaping, improved transportation systems, and pedestrian safety.
