To get information and/or assistance for seniors, people with disabilities and/or caregivers please contact Aging and Disability Resource Unit (ADRU) Montgomery County Department of Health & Human Services

  • Call 240-777-3000 - Monday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m
  • ADRU serves as the Maryland Access Point.
Programs funded by the State of Maryland Department of Human Services, Maryland Department of Public Health, and Montgomery County Government.

People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

To determine eligibility for DDA funded services, individuals must first apply to Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration for these programs that are then administered by local Coordination of Community Services Agencies
