MacArthur Blvd Bikeway Improvements – Segment 1

The project provides for the Facility Planning – Phase II study to develop preliminary design (35% level of completion) of bike and pedestrian facilities for 2.9 miles section along MacArthur Boulevard, from Stable Lane to the I-495 underpass. The proposed scope includes two 11-foot travel lanes to be maintained throughout MacArthur Boulevard, an 8-foot minimum shared use path along the eastbound of MacArthur Boulevard with 5-foot minimum green space in between.
