- Catholic Charities Housing and Shelter Programs
- Catholic Charities offers many different housing programs designed to work with families and adults who are experiencing homelessness and/or trying to recover from substance abuse or mental health challenges. Some require a referral from a social worker or government agency.
- Sheppard Pratt Residential Rehabilitation Program
- Housing and support services for those with mental health needs.
- Cornerstone Montgomery
- Provides residential programs for individuals dealing with mental health crises and/or substance abuse issues.

- Provides emergency overnight shelter during the winter season to adult women who are experiencing homelessness. Also provides youth (18-24 years of age) with year-round shelter and support to transition out of homelessness.

Homeless Information Line: 240-907-2688
- Call the Homeless Information Line if you see individuals who appear to be homeless and need help. You can also email: [email protected]. You will be asked a series of questions to best locate the individual so an outreach worker can provide aid and/or other resources.

- You should call 911 if the individual appears to pose an immediate risk to themselves or others or if there is criminal activity.
