Contracted Language Resources
When internal language resources are not available, County employees can also obtain translation or interpretation services from contractors, at a cost paid by their departments. Montgomery County has one contractor each for telephone interpretation, on-site interpretation and written translation.

Telephone Interpretation Services Voiance is a 24/7 year-round interpretation service that charges per minute. An account number and a PIN are needed to use the service. Please ask your Department Liaison for the existing account number and PIN. To obtain a new account for your organization, call 800-481-3289 for a client services representative. |
