Montgomery County-MCGEO Conflict Facilitation Program (CFP)

The Conflict Facilitation Program is Montgomery County Government’s joint labor-county program also available to unrepresented employees and managers. The goal of the program is to foster an environment of mutual respect between and among managers, supervisors, employees, and coworkers to efficiently conduct County business for the benefits of Montgomery County employees and residents.
