Mandatory Security Report

General Instructions and Responsibilities of Security Staff Assigned to Community Groups

Per ICB Community Use Guidelines, security staffs are expected to:

• Introduce themselves to group leaders.
  • This is the name you will enter on the form each time you work.
• Check rooms before and after the group activity.
• Remain with the group and monitor activities at all times.
• Patrol the area being used on a regular basis during activities.
• Be extra alert to issues of a security nature.
• Let group leaders know if issues occur related to their use during the time of use and leave a message on CUPF Emergency Message Center 240-490-2873 regarding lack of supervision of children, presence of food or drink where inappropriate, numbers inconsistent with permit, maximum occupancy exceeded, other violations, etc..

Security staff should VERIFY the following:

• Only rooms listed on permit are being used.
• No food or beverages are served unless in Cafeteria/APR.
• Group has bagged trash and debris, removed all signs, replaced equipment, and returned rooms to original setting.
• Note any damages, problems, including a report of any specific observations staff may have been asked to notice.

Submitting the Security Report

• Submit the report to CUPF immediately following the group’s activity.
• The CUPF\ICB Mandatory Form must be submitted within 10 minutes of your assignment ending time.

This Reservation Amendment Form is used to amend an already existing booking.
