Fenton Street Village Lot 3 Redevelopment
LOT 3 IS CLOSED AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2016.
Partial space closures next to Garage 4 due to milling and paving work on or about July 4, 2018. Closure to be expected till Wed, July 11 2018.
Approximately 70 public parking spaces will remain open under private management. Any inquiries regarding operation of the private parking lot, please contact IMPARK at 202-805-4968.
If your vehicle is parked after 6 a.m. on Sep 30, it will be towed. Tow location is parking lot next to Fenton Street Village Garage (#4).

On September 30, 2016 Montgomery County Division of Parking (MCDOT) will close the Fenton Street Village Parking Lot 3. Approximately 70 public parking spaces will remain open under private management.
Short-term parkers and drivers with disabilities will be accommodated as close as possible to Lot 3. Long-term parkers will need to utilize other parking facilities that may require further walking distances.
21 short-term parking spaces, 122 long-term spaces and 7 ADA spaces will be relocated to Garage 4.
