On October 7, 2019, Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) Division of Parking Management modernized the Parking Payment System in the Bethesda Elm Street Garage in Bethesda.

- Level G: 4 pay stations in SW corner (Bethesda Ave. side) near elevators
- Level 1: 1 pay station in SW corner (Bethesda Ave. side) near elevators
- Level 1: 4 pay stations in NE corner (Elm St. side) near elevators
- Level 2: 1 pay station in NE corner (Elm St. side) near elevators
The following type of payments are accepted:
- Pay by Cell - 3-digit location code is 357 followed by 4-digit space number.
- Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
- Coins, bills ($1 and $5 only). Please note that Pay Station does not give change.
