Norwood Road Shared Use Path
(from MD108/Olney-Sandy Spring Road to Ashton Forest Way)

This project provides a shared-use path along the west side of Norwood Road from MD108 (Olney-Sandy Spring Road) to Ashton Forest Way. The shared-use path is approximately 1,350 feet long and fills in a missing gap in Heritage Triangle Trail in Sandy Spring.

  • Mandatory Referral - 5/1/2025
  • 90% Design - Summer 2025
  • Design Completion - Winter 2025/2026
  • Utility Relocation - Spring 2026
  • Begin Construction - Summer 2026 (Estimated)
  • End Construction - Winter 2026/2027 (Estimated)
