This project provides a shared-use path along the west side of Norwood Road from MD108 (Olney-Sandy Spring Road) to Ashton Forest Way. The shared-use path is approximately 1,350 feet long and fills in a missing gap in Heritage Triangle Trail in Sandy Spring.
This project is currently at the 65% design milestone.
A hybrid (in-person and online) public meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to share the project scope, schedule, and costs, obtain community input, and answer questions. Please visit the Participate tab of this website to register.

The in-person meeting will be held at the Olney Library, Meeting Room 2 located at 3500 Olney-Laytonsville Road in Olney.
