Volunteer to Get the Entire County Vaccinated!
The Volunteer Center and Office of Community Partnerships are working with Montgomery County's Health Department and a broad network of community organizations to ensure all in our community receive facts about the safety and importance of receiving the COVID-19 vaccination and get to a vaccination clinic. Here's how you can get involved:Join the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC)
In addition to medically licensed volunteers, MRC needs volunteers for:- Vaccine Site Support
- COVID Testing site support
Provide Transportation
Help vulnerable residents, including seniors, get to their vaccination appointments by volunteering with:RESOURCES FOR COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR VOLUNTEERS
Community Ambassadors* are working with the Office of Community Partnership and HHS to help get community members vaccinated at convenient clinics by sharing information and addressing hesitancy issues. The following may be helpful in these efforts.Montgomery County COVID-19 Vaccine Information
- Visit the County's Covid-19 Vaccination Portal with the latest County vaccination information.
- Access the COVID Vaccine Schedules at County Clinics.
- Find vaccines available at other locations such as hospitals, pharmacies, doctors' offices, and urgent care.
