Property Development & Planning
This program supports the overall Parking Services program objectives through the management of Information Technology, Human Resources and Planning teams to optimize organizational effectiveness.
It also administers the County’s Parking Lot District Ad Valorem tax program and Parking Innovation initiatives. Additionally, the program strategically plans for the re-development of Parking Lot District (PLD) real property and drafts and coordinates of Requests for Proposals and provides support in the negotiation and execution of General Development Agreements.
