Division of Parking Management supports 3 Parking Lot Districts (Bethesda, Silver Spring and Wheaton), 21 Garages and 20 Lots and over 21,500 total parking spaces.

Tour Bus Parking

If you are a tour operator, organizer or hotel catering to visitors in the following areas, the Montgomery County Department of Transportation Division of Parking Management has organized reservable, on-street parking that is convenient and accessible.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

Division of Parking Management offers a parking alternative for Electric Vehicles (EV) in Bethesda, Silver Spring and Wheaton. Currently, 20 EV charging stations are available with the ability to charge 40 cars.

Parking Guidance System

Operational in Garages 31 & 57 in Bethesda and Garages 60 & 61 in Silver Spring, PGS provides parkers with real-time facility information and space availability.

ADA Accessible Parking

Division of Parking Management has a total of nearly 500 ADA and ADA Van Accessible spaces available in the Parking Lot Districts

Wheaton Revitalization Project

The Wheaton Redevelopment Project will provide a government office building, below ground parking garage, and a town square as part of the Revitalization Strategy for this area.
