Montgomery County is committed to making the experience of homelessness rare, brief and non- recurring through a range of strategies including homeless prevention, street outreach, temporary shelter, housing subsidies and supportive services.

Montgomery County partners with a large network-- non-profit organizations, foundations, corporations, consumers, donors and multiple systems of care. We are a unified team committed to the common vision of “Housing For All = A Stronger Montgomery.”

Montgomery County Continuum of Care (CoC) is a consortium of public/private stakeholders that leverages federal, state and local funding to set policy priorities towards ending homelessness for residents of the County.
