Tuckerman Lane Sidewalk / Bikeway Project

This project provides for a facility planning study of pedestrian and bicycle facilities for an approximately 3.8 miles section of Tuckerman Lane between Falls Road (MD 189) and Old Georgetown Road (MD 187).  

The current scope of the project prioritizes the western-most segment of the overall project, and the project limit for segment 1 is from Falls Road to Seven Locks Road.

Montgomery County Planning Board Mandatory Referral Hearing – May 11, 2023

On Thursday, May 11, 2023, the Montgomery County Planning Board will conduct a Mandatory Referral Hearing on this project. The meeting is open for public. Interested community members and public are encouraged to listen in, and to provide written and/or oral testimonies regarding this project.
