Missed street service requests can’t be submitted until neighborhood plowing operations are complete.

If you believe that your street was missed, then follow the instructions below to submit a missed street service request.

1. Go to the County's Check Snow Removal Status web page
2. Submit a street address using the form provided
3. If the following conditions are met, then you may  report a missed street
   • The street found must be a neighborhood route
   • The storm operations stage must be equal to Stage 4 or Stage 5
   • The street's snow removal status indicates that it has been cleared or made passable
4. Then, select the Create Service Request button, complete the required form fields, and click the Submit Service Request button

Please review the County's  Snow Removal Claims Guidelines prior to submitting your service request.

• Report property damage (i.e... damaged driveway, fence, or vehicle) due to a snow plow
• Report a damaged mailbox due to a snow plow
• Report grass damage due to a snow plow

• Report a downed tree or limb that is blocking a roadway (Emergency)
• Report downed wires that are blocking a roadway and are accessible to the public
• Report a flooded roadway

• You can report an icy street or intersection to MC311 at anytime during a winter storm.
• Don't be Salty... Be Salt-Wise!

• Request an investigation to determine if Montgomery County maintains your street or sidewalk

• Report an unshoveled sidewalk
