Montgomery County Public Libraries offers free and equal access to services and resources that connect the people of Montgomery County to ideas and information which sustain and enrich their lives. MCPL has 21 branches located throughout the County, and all except Noyes Library for Young Children are equipped with public use assistive technology. The Disability Resource Center (DRC) supports library services for people with disabilities in Montgomery County. Volunteers are encouraged to participate in DRC programs and the DRC Library Advisory Committee.
