ATMS Information — County Cable Montgomery (Cable Ready Channel 6)

typical traffic channel visual information display

Cable television subscribers can tune to Montgomery County's channel during morning and evening rush hours for the latest traffic information from the Transportation Management Center (TMC). Delays, incidents, road work, Ride On transit and special event information are provided by integrating live traffic video, text, graphics and audio. This coverage is expanded during snow and other emergencies to provide immediate information about County closings, program changes, snow removal, or other emergency efforts. In the event of road closures, the TMC provides recommended detours.

A weekly program listing is available on the County's home page under "News" and in the back of the Washington Post's weekly TV guide.

County Cable Montgomery is managed by the Montgomery County Office of Public Information and operated from the TMC.
